What is your return policy?
Whilst we always aim for you to love your purchase, unfortunately sometimes this is not the case, however we're currently unable to accept returns.
But if there are any issues with your order please contact us using our "Get in touch!" button on our homepage, and we will do our best to help rectify the issue and ensure your happy with you're purchase.
Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately at the moment we don't have a gift card option however in time, we definitely want to look into having a gift card option set up for our customers!
What are the payment options?
You can pay for your items on site using our secure payment methods available including Paypal!
I've ordered my item, when will it arrive?
Thankyou for your purchase! You've made a little independent business very happy!Â
Please allow 10Â working days for your item(s) to arrive due to them being handmade.

What Wax do you use?
We try to be as Eco Friendly as possible, so we use a mix of Beeswax and Soy Wax to ensure your candle quality is as high as possible, but we're not using paraffin waxes.
Where do you ship to?
We can deliver to all of the UK Mainland, Wales and Scotland - Unfortunately we currently do not ship outside of this due to regulations and shipping costs, but we hope to rectify this where possible in the future
